That is one of my favourite questions.
My answer?
Absolutely.
No mystery person.
No hidden team.
No passing you around like a parcel that nobody signed for.
No opening an email wondering who on earth "Accounts Team" actually is.
When you choose to work with me, you get... well... me.
The same person who answers your emails.
The same person who understands your business.
The same person who remembers that you accidentally called your supplier by the wrong name for three months.
The same person who celebrates when your VAT return balances first time.
The same person who quietly questions why your coffee expenses have suddenly reached championship level.
Relationships matter.
Bookkeeping is not simply processing numbers. It is understanding how a business works, recognising when something looks unusual and being someone you feel comfortable asking those "this might be a silly question..." questions.
Spoiler alert. They never are.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know the businesses I support.

I love solving problems.
I even love those detective moments when a transaction has vanished into another dimension and suddenly reappears hiding in plain sight.
